- How long does a repair take?
- Most repairs are done in 1 to 3 days. If a part needs to be shipped in, it can take a little longer.
- Do I pay if it can't be fixed?
- No. My policy is no fix, no charge.
- Will I lose my files or photos?
- Not if you want them kept. I can back up your files and photos before the repair.
